We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our IT Business Systems Support- Administration and Sales.

Position Summary/Objective:

As the IT Business Admin & Sales Systems Support, you will act as the primary resource for all Information Technology requests within the Administration, Customer Service and Sales Departments.

Maintaining these business groups network and systems services as well as providing technical guidance for new software and hardware purchases where applicable. The successful candidate be able to diagnose network related problems, manage Windows Servers, user access vendor access and print services.

The candidate will be accountable for resolving and responding to user issues on a daily basis. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Food’s Core Values
  • Responsible for supporting Administrative Systems
  • Responsible for supporting Customer Service Systems
  • Responsible for Supporting Sales Systems
  • Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Selecting and recommending new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems.
  • Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
  • Primary contact for all admin, customer service and sales projects that require ITSS services.
  • Primary contact for break fix and issue resolution for Administration, Customer Service and Sales systems.
  • Responsible for configuration of network attached manufacturing equipment and processes within these departments.
  • Responsible for PC systems configuration, including all hardware and software activities related to Administration, Customer Service and Sales
  • Responsible for support of application software, and other Administration, Customer Service and Sales programs.
  • Responsible for Documenting current and future processes as it relates to IT operations within Admin, customer service and Sales.
  • Required 10% - 15% Travel between various manufacturing sites
  • Perform one-on-one computer training and group/class training for common and customized applications
  • Assist Manager of Information Technology with daily administration of the local network.

Primary Responsibilities (continued):

  • Active Directory administration including group policy management, scripting, and maintenance
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.

Reporting Relationships

  • This position reports directly to the Business Systems Manager

. Minimum of 4 years hands on experience working in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment managing IT infrastructure and services.

    · Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

    · Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange O365.

    · Experience with SAP is an asset.

    · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    · Outstanding leadership, organizational and time management skills.

    · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    · A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects.

    · Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.

    . Demonstrated familiarity with the Project Management fundamentals.
